a) Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your Email Address, a Nickname you provide, and a unique User ID automatically generated by our authentication service (Firebase Authentication).
• User Content: We collect and store the content you create, including prompts you save to your personal account ("Saved Prompts") and content you post publicly, such as shared prompts and comments in the community feature ("Community Content").
• Product License (Desktop Only): If you use the Windows version, we collect and verify your Serial Key to validate your license status.

b) Audio Analysis Data (Transient)

When you use the "Audio Analysis" feature:

• We temporarily process the audio file you select to analyze its style, mood, and genre.
• Important: This audio data is sent directly to our AI service provider (Google Gemini) for analysis and is immediately discarded from memory after the analysis is complete. We do not store your audio files on our servers or databases.

c) Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We may collect device-specific information (such as hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers) to verify licenses (for Desktop versions) and ensure app stability.
• Crash Logs and Diagnostics: To maintain and improve the stability of our Services, we may automatically collect de-identified crash logs and diagnostic data.

d) Information Stored Locally on Your Device

• Gemini API Key: Your personal Google Gemini API key is stored locally on your device using shared_preferences (encrypted where possible). It is never sent to or stored on our servers, but it is transmitted to Google's servers to authenticate your requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the core features (Lyrics generation, Audio analysis, etc.) across mobile and desktop platforms.
• License Verification: To verify your Serial Key and prevent unauthorized usage of the paid Desktop version.
• Store and sync your Saved Prompts across your devices.
• Display Community Content to other users.
• Improve stability and performance through crash analytics.
• Process AI Requests: We use your text prompts and temporary audio data to generate content via third-party AI models.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• AI Service Providers: To provide the AI features (Magic Lyricist, Audio Analysis), your text prompts and temporary audio data are transmitted to Google (Gemini API / Vertex AI) for processing. This data is handled according to Google's privacy terms.
• Service Providers: With trusted third-party providers (e.g., Firebase) who help us host data and authenticate users.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Data Retention

• Account information and Saved Prompts are retained as long as your account is active.
• Audio Data: As stated, audio files uploaded for analysis are not retained and are discarded immediately after processing.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated information
