Aiply Community Guidelines

🚫 1. Disruption of Fandom Ecosystem & Abuse of Support System (Anti-Abuse & Integrity)

All Support Fund systems on Aiply premise 'genuine interaction and contribution' between fans and artists. Any abusive behavior attempting to falsely accumulate contribution points or unjustly receive Support Funds through mechanical manipulation is considered the most serious violation that destroys the foundation of the platform.

• Abnormal Streaming & View-botting: Artificially manipulating the play count or trend metrics of specific tracks using macros, bots, scripts, or multiple devices (clone phones) to unjustly acquire activity points.
• Fraudulent Contributions & Metric Manipulation: Mobilizing multiple alt-accounts (Sybil Attack) to intentionally repeat fake sponsorships for oneself or a specific track, thereby abnormally distorting 'Note' metrics and manipulating fandom contribution points to extort Creator Support Funds.
• Support Fund Farming: Mechanically mass-uploading meaningless text prompts or silent audio files without any genuine intention of music creation, solely to defraud the system's activity points.
• Prohibition of Inducing External Cash-out: Inducing illegal transfers in external communities to exchange Notes or Points—which are pure activity metrics within the platform—for cash or goods on other platforms.

🛑 2. AI Ethics & Intellectual Property Protection (Zero Tolerance)

Aiply wants AI to be an excellent tool for creation, and we absolutely do not tolerate its misuse as a weapon to steal the identity or rights of others.

• Unauthorized Voice Cloning & Deepfakes: Uploading tracks by copying, imitating, or synthesizing another person's voice using AI technology without the explicit, verifiable written consent of the person concerned—regardless of whether they are a famous artist, public figure, or private individual—is subject to immediate permanent account suspension.
• Illegal Sampling & Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of commercial tracks, beats, stems, or lyrics of others, or separating and reprocessing them with AI tools to post as your own creation without securing lawful clearance.
• Impersonation & Deception: Creating a profile impersonating a specific artist or label, or disguising someone else's track as your own unreleased track to induce fan sponsorship and deceive listeners.

🤬 3. Respectful Fandom Culture (No Hate Speech or Harassment)

Aiply aims to be a safe and respectful community united by music, transcending nationality, race, gender, and preferences.

• Hate Speech: We prohibit text (titles, lyrics, prompts, comments, chats) and audio content that degrades, discriminates against, insults, or incites violence against specific individuals or groups based on race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
• Cyberbullying: Continuously engaging in malicious slander, threats, public shaming, or malicious rating attacks targeting a specific user or artist.
• Doxxing: Unauthorized distribution of sensitive private information such as another person's real name, address, phone number, or email without consent via album art or chat.

🔞 4. Explicit & Illegal Content

• Child Protection Violations (CSAM): A zero-tolerance policy applies to any form of content that sexually objectifies or abuses children. Upon discovery, the account will be permanently suspended and reported to law enforcement agencies such as NCMEC.
• Explicit Adult & Violent Content: We prohibit the upload of content depicting explicit sexual acts, or content that glorifies and promotes physical violence, self-harm, or suicide.

🚫 1. ファンダムエコシステムの攪乱および後援システムの悪用（アビューズ防止）

Aiplyのすべての支援金システムは、ファンとアーティスト間の「真正性のある交感と貢献」を前提としています。機械的な操作を通じて虚偽の貢献スコアを蓄積したり、創作支援金を不当に受領しようとするすべてのアビューズ行為は、プラットフォームの根幹を破壊する最も重大な規定違反です。

• 異常なストリーミングおよびビューボット（View-botting）: マクロ、ボット（Bot）、スクリプト、複数デバイス（クローン端末）等を利用して、人為的に特定の音源の再生数やトレンド指標を操作し、不当に活動スコアを獲得しようとする行為。
• 貢献度指標の操作および虚偽の後援（シビル攻撃）: 多数のサブアカウントを動員して、意図的に本人または特定の曲への虚偽の後援を繰り返すことで、「ノート（Note）」指標を異常に歪曲し、ファンダム貢献スコアを操作して創作支援金を詐取しようとする行為。
• 活動支援金のファーミング（Farming）: 真の音楽創作の目的なく、システムの活動スコア（Point）のみを詐取するために、無意味なテキストプロンプトや無音（Silence）のオーディオファイルを機械的に大量にアップロードする行為。
• 外部での現金化誘導の禁止: プラットフォーム内の純粋な活動指標であるノートやポイントを、現金や他プラットフォームの財貨と交換するために、外部コミュニティで違法な譲渡を誘導する行為。

🛑 2. AI倫理および知的財産権の保護（ゼロ・トレランスの原則）

AiplyはAIが創作の素晴らしいツールになることを望んでおり、他人のアイデンティティや権利を盗む武器として悪用されることを絶対に容認しません。

• 無断ボイスクローニングおよびディープフェイク: 有名アーティスト、公衆の人物、一般人を問わず、当事者の明示的かつ立証可能な書面による同意なしに、他人の声をAI技術で無断複製、模倣、合成して音源をアップロードする行為は、発覚次第直ちにアカウント永久停止の対象となります。
• 違法サンプリングおよび著作権侵害: 適法なライセンス（Clearance）を確保することなく、他人の商業用音源、ビート、ステム（Stem）、歌詞を無断で使用、またはAIツールで無断分離・再加工し、自身の創作物であるかのように掲示する行為。
• なりすましおよび欺瞞（Impersonation）: 特定のアーティストやレーベルになりすましてプロフィールを作成したり、他人の曲を自身の未発売曲であるかのように装い、ファンの後援を誘導してリスナーを欺く行為。

🤬 3. 相互尊重するファンダム文化（ヘイトスピーチおよび嫌がらせの禁止）

Aiplyは、国籍、人種、性別、嗜好を越えて音楽で一つになる、安全で尊重されるコミュニティを目指します。

• ヘイトスピーチ（Hate Speech）: 人種、国籍、宗教、性別、性的指向、年齢、障害などを理由に、特定の個人や集団を貶め、差別し、侮辱したり、暴力を扇動するテキスト（タイトル、歌詞、プロンプト、コメント、チャット）およびオーディオコンテンツを禁止します。
• サイバーバリング（Cyberbullying）: 特定のユーザーやアーティストを標的にして、継続的に悪意のある誹謗中傷、脅迫、晒し行為、または悪意のある低評価テロを行う行為。
• 個人情報の特定と公開（Doxxing）: 他人の実名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど、機密性の高い私的な個人情報を、同意なしにアルバムアートやチャットを通じて無断で流布する行為。

🔞 4. 有害および機密性の高いコンテンツ

• 児童保護違反（CSAM）: 児童を性的対象化したり虐待するあらゆる形態のコンテンツにはゼロ・トレランス（無寛容）の原則が適用され、発見次第アカウントの永久停止と共にNCMEC（米国国立行方不明・被搾取児童センター）等の捜査機関に告発措置がとられます。
• 露骨なアダルトおよび暴力コンテンツ: 露骨な性的行為を描写したり、身体的暴力、自傷行為、自殺を美化し助長するコンテンツのアップロードを禁止します。

🚫 1. 팬덤 생태계 교란 및 후원 시스템 악용 (Anti-Abuse & Integrity)

Aiply의 모든 지원금 시스템은 팬과 아티스트 간의 '진정성 있는 교감과 기여'를 전제로 합니다. 기계적인 조작을 통해 허위로 기여 점수를 쌓거나 창작 지원금을 부당하게 수령하려는 모든 어뷰징 행위는 플랫폼의 근간을 파괴하는 가장 중대한 규정 위반입니다.

• 비정상적 스트리밍 및 뷰봇팅 (View-botting & Fake Streams): 매크로, 봇(Bot), 스크립트, 다수 기기(클론 폰) 등을 이용하여 인위적으로 특정 음원의 재생 수나 트렌드 지표를 조작하여 부당하게 활동 점수를 획득하려는 행위.
• 기여도 지표 조작 및 허위 후원 (Fraudulent Contributions): 다수의 부계정(Sybil Attack)을 동원하여 의도적으로 본인 또는 특정 곡에 허위 후원을 반복함으로써 '노트(Note)' 지표를 비정상적으로 왜곡하고, 팬덤 기여 점수를 조작하여 창작 지원금을 갈취하려는 행위.
• 활동 지원금 파밍 (Support Fund Farming): 진정한 음악 창작의 목적 없이, 오직 시스템의 활동 점수(Point)만을 편취하기 위해 무의미한 텍스트 프롬프트, 무음(Silence) 오디오 파일 등을 기계적으로 대량 업로드하는 행위.
• 외부 현금화 유도 금지: 플랫폼 내의 순수한 활동 지표인 노트나 포인트를 현금이나 타 플랫폼 재화와 교환하기 위해 외부 커뮤니티에서 불법적인 양도를 유도하는 행위.

🛑 2. AI 윤리 및 지식재산권 보호 (무관용 원칙 / Zero Tolerance)

Aiply는 AI가 창작의 훌륭한 도구가 되기를 원하며, 타인의 정체성이나 권리를 훔치는 무기로 악용되는 것을 절대 용납하지 않습니다.

• 무단 보이스 클로닝 및 딥페이크 (Voice Cloning & Deepfakes): 유명 아티스트, 대중 인물, 일반인을 불문하고 당사자의 명시적이고 입증 가능한 서면 동의 없이 타인의 목소리를 AI 기술로 무단 복제, 모방, 합성하여 음원을 업로드하는 행위는 적발 즉시 계정 영구 정지 대상입니다.
• 불법 샘플링 및 저작권 침해: 적법한 라이선스(Clearance) 확보 없이 타인의 상업용 음원, 비트, 스템(Stem), 가사를 무단으로 사용하거나, AI 도구로 무단 분리 및 재가공하여 자신의 창작물인 것처럼 게시하는 행위를 금지합니다.
• 사칭 및 기만 (Impersonation): 특정 아티스트, 레이블을 사칭하여 프로필을 생성하거나, 타인의 곡을 자신의 미발매 곡인 것처럼 꾸며 팬들의 후원을 유도하고 청취자를 기만하는 행위를 금지합니다.

🤬 3. 상호 존중하는 팬덤 문화 (혐오 표현 및 괴롭힘 금지)

Aiply는 국적, 인종, 성별, 취향을 뛰어넘어 음악으로 하나 되는 안전하고 존중받는 커뮤니티를 지향합니다.

• 혐오 발언 (Hate Speech): 인종, 국적, 종교, 성별, 성적 지향, 연령, 장애 등을 이유로 특정 개인이나 집단을 비하, 차별, 모욕하거나 폭력을 선동하는 텍스트(제목, 가사, 프롬프트, 댓글, 채팅) 및 오디오 콘텐츠를 금지합니다.
• 사이버 불링 (Cyberbullying): 특정 유저나 아티스트를 표적으로 삼아 지속적으로 악의적인 비방, 협박, 조리돌림, 또는 악의적인 평점 테러를 가하는 행위.
• 신상 털기 (Doxxing): 타인의 실명, 주소, 전화번호, 이메일 등 민감한 사적 개인정보를 동의 없이 앨범 아트나 채팅을 통해 무단으로 유포하는 행위.

🔞 4. 유해 및 민감한 콘텐츠 (Explicit & Illegal Content)

• 아동 보호 위반 (CSAM): 아동을 성적 대상화하거나 학대하는 모든 형태의 콘텐츠는 무관용 원칙이 적용되며, 발견 즉시 계정 영구 정지와 함께 NCMEC(미국 국립실종학대아동센터) 등 수사기관에 고발 조치됩니다.
• 노골적인 성인물 및 폭력물: 노골적인 성적 행위를 묘사하거나, 신체적 폭력, 자해, 자살을 미화하고 조장하는 콘텐츠의 업로드를 금지합니다.
